Travel To Nanded

Nanded is connected to all the major cities in India and it is at a distance of 600 km from Mumbai. It is near about equidistance from some important cities like Aurangabad, Hyderabad and Solapur. It is having direct connectivity by Train from Mumbai, Pune, Banglore, Delhi, Amritsar, Bhopal, Indor, Agra, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Ajmer, Aurangabad and Nasik. Considering development of the city; the National Airport Authority has approved a plan for expansion of the airport. Coming to Nanded by bus of State Transport or by private travels is also very convenient because of large frequencies of buses. The Central Bus Stand and Railway Station are at the heart of city. One can conveniently go to any part of the city by shared auto rikshaws and also by city buses. Tourist places around Nanded like Aundha Nagnath, Parli Vaijnath, Mahur, Basar, Matasaab, Shikar Ghat, Sahastrakund, Jamboolbet, Kedarguda, Kandhar can be easily approached by State Transport buses as well as private travels.

Nanded - Amritsar :Nanded is connected by rail to Amritsar. The train covers big stations like Khandawa, Ujjain, Gwalior, Itarasi, Delhi, Ambala, Ludhiana etc. These two important places of sikhs are connected by rail by means of Sachkhand Express. Government has also announced Nanded- Patna train to run after some gauge conversion work, thus providing connectivity between places of historical importance.

Nanded - Manmad : Passenger trains running from Manmad towards Nanded .Manmad is a junction from where trains coming from north are diverted towards Mumbai, Pune side and towards Bhusawal and eastern side. Generally pilgrims coming from northern India come to Manmad and then catch up train for Nanded.

Nanded - Hyderabad : Hyderabad is just 260 km from Nanded and it takes about five hours from Nanded to reach Hyderabad by road .Trains : Devagiri Express, SC PBN PASS ,Apart from above two trains two passenger trains and one intercity express run between Nanded and Hyderabad.

Nanded - Aurangabad : Upcoming industrial center of Maharashtra, Aurangabad is just 250 km from Nanded. All the trains going to Mumbai, Manmad go from Aurangabad. Aurangabad is also having daily air connectivity to Mumbai as well Delhi. It takes just four to five hours to go to Aurangabad from Nanded by road.

Nanded - Bangalore : Nanded is connected to the IT city of India directly by daily Train. Many leading stations like Bidar, Vikarabad, Zahirabad, Guntakal, Gooty are on the way.

Nanded- Jaipur : Daily express train connects the pink city of India Jaipur to Nanded. The train runs till Purna junction which is just half an hour from Nanded. The train halts at some big stations like Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Indore, Mahu, Khandwa, Akola
